Every phone call, email, and meeting on your behalf will be handled by the Founder of Accolade Sports Enterprises, Hassan Moore — a seasoned negotiator with 10+ years in sports management and marketing.
You will have the benefit of full outreach transparency and the ear of a specialist who pursues the most competitive and favorable agreement for you.

Finding the right fit.Unmanaged contract negotiations can often devolve into discussions in which compensation is insufficiently considered or compensation becomes the sole focal point. Either option is bad for athletes.
Working with a competent negotiator can take the sting out of hard financial conversations or push the issue when necessary.
The Placement Roster:Every athlete in Accolade’s Placement System will be one of only six athletes in their position group.
This enables a bespoke relationship between you and your negotiator.
Being a part of our Placement Roster brings coaching attention to the players who have been selected as undervalued athletic assets, and the team promoting your placement is doing so with only a half dozen positional players like you.

We evaluate your application based on the information you provided and then set up an orientation call.
If you choose to use our service, we charge a negotiation fee of $25/€21 per month.
You can pause and restart your monthly service before the 1st of any month with no fee for pausing.
If we can place you with a club, a monthly fee of:
15% of your contract value is charged to the club.
Nothing comes out of your pocket once you’re signed.
You may reject any club’s offer for any reason.
